By accessing or using ZiviAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Beta Status

ZiviAI is currently in pre-launch. Features may change, be limited, or be unavailable. AI generation tools may be locked until official launch. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access during this period.

3. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use ZiviAI to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, harassing, or that infringes the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the prompts and inputs you submit. Generated outputs are licensed to you for personal and commercial use, subject to applicable third-party model terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws.

6. Credits & Payments

Paid features are not yet available. When credit purchases launch, all sales are final unless required otherwise by law. Credits have no cash value and may expire as described at point of purchase.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZiviAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
